Tips, Tricks & FAQs

Are Texas Roadhouse green beans keto friendly?

Yes they are! There is apple cider vinegar but it’s a small enough amount that it will still be considered keto-friendly.

Can smoke these green beans?

Yes! This recipe for smoked green beans was inspired by these same Texas Roadhouse green beans. The smoker adds a lot of flavor!

How do you store and reheat leftover green beans?

Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass storage ones) in the fridge for up to a week. You can freeze up to three months. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes for small portions. If you have a larger portion, reheat in a skillet on the stovetop.

These were INCREDIBLE. I only had canned ground beans so I drained them as directed and I reserved 1/4 cup of the canned liquid in place of the water. I LOVE THEM. Thank you so much!
