Shake n Bake Pork Chop Ingredients
Shake n Bake has all the spices you want for pork chops – it’s got paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and more. All you need to do is add the chops! Here’s what you’ll need:
- Pork Chops – you can use bone-in or boneless pork chops. I sliced up a half pork loin and made my own boneless chops and cut them different thicknesses so YOU would know how long to cook them!
- Shake n Bake – you can buy Shake n Bake specifically for pork chops but the chicken version works just as well
- Nonstick Cooking spray – this will help it get crunchier

How to make Shake n Bake Air Fryer Pork Chops
These pork chops are so easy and they taste great! Grab your ziploc bag and get started! Here’s how to make them:
- Rinse pork chops and pat dry lightly with a paper towel. Line air fryer basket with parchment paper liner.
- Add Shake N Bake seasoning mixture to a ziploc bag and then add pork chops, 1-2 at a time. Seal bag and shake to coat. Remove chops from bag and place into air fryer basket in a single layer. Repeat for all pork chops and discard any leftover coating.
- Spray tops of pork chops lightly with cooking spray or olive oil spray.
- Air Fry pork chops at 370º for half cooking time noted below – open basket and turn. Spray with cooking spray again and continue cooking until done. Total cooking time based on pork chop thickness:
- 1/2 inch – Total Time: 7 min
- 3/4 inch – Total Time: 10 min
- 1 inch – Total Time: 12 min
- Check internal temperature of the pork chops with Instant Read Meat Thermometer to see how far along they are. Remove pork chops at internal temperature of 140º. Do not overcook, remove each piece as it is cooked through. Let pork chops rest for 5 minutes to come up to temperature.
- Serve with a side of vegetables and potatoes.

Tips, Tricks & FAQs
Yes – for sure! Just temperature check based on thickness. They might take 1 minute more but the instant read thermometer will let you know. Take them out at 140º internal temperature.
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass ones) in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the air fryer at 250º for 3-4 minutes.
