Air Fryer Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs are a quick meal perfect for any weeknight! These juicy and tender chicken thighs are perfectly cooked in the air fryer in just 15 minutes.

Air Fryer Chicken Thigh Recipe Ingredients
Super simple recipe with just 5 ingredients – here’s what you need:
- Boneless skinless chicken thighs – 1 lb of chicken thighs should feed 3-4 people
- If you want to do bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs – I have a recipe for that too!
- Seasoning Mix – I like this mix because every ingredient adds a punch of flavor
- Olive Oil – because you’re using olive oil, no need for cooking spray
- Garlic Salt
- Ancho Chili Powder – you can use any chili powder or even Tajin if you like a punch of lime!
- Onion Powder
- OPTIONAL SPICES TO USE: garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, lemon pepper

How to Make Air Fryer Boneless Chicken Thighs
Chicken Thighs are great in the air fryer because the quick cooking seals in the juiciness and they don’t get dried out!
- Rinse chicken thighs and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Be sure to open up the chicken thighs since they are typically folded over when packaged.

- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic salt, onion powder and Chile powder
- Add chicken thighs to dish with seasoning mixture and coat completely
- Place chicken thighs in air fryer basket in a single layer
- Line with parchment paper liner for easier clean up

- Air fry at 380º for 15 minutes – turning halfway thru.
- Check internal temperature with an instant read meat thermometer placed into the thickest part of the chicken thigh. Internal temperature of the chicken should be 165º.
- Remove from basket with tongs and serve with fresh parsley

Definitely! You can season these ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
These cook quickly and I cook at 380º F in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass ones for storage) in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or in the air fryer at 250º for 5-7 minutes.
