What You Will ❤️ About B-Dubs Street Tacos
- Tiny But Filling! B-Dubs only gives you two tiny street tacos but when you’re making them at home – you can have way more filling!!!!
- Homemade Garlic Parm Sauce – I’ve been craving this sauce ever since I made it!!! This Garlic Parm sauce is perfect!!! No need to buy it in the bottle any more!
- Fast! Once you make the chicken – you’re basically done!

Ingredients for BW3 Street Tacos
These street tacos are pretty simple but you do have a couple of sauces to go with them. You can always cheat with store-bought too! 😉
- Chicken – I used marinated chicken breasts from Kroger that were 2 for $5 – but if you wanted – you can use plain chicken and season.
- Chicken breasts
- Olive oil, salt & black pepper
- Garlic Parmesan Sauce – you can buy the bottled version – or make your own!
- Roasted garlic – Roasting the garlic mellows it a lot and it’s so easy to make in your air fryer. Then just store the in the fridge to use for recipes like this one!
- Mayonnaise
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Apple cider vinegar
- Minced onion – use the dried “spice” version not fresh onion
- You could use garlic powder and onion powder instead of the roasted garlic and minced onion if you’re in a pinch but this is preferred for the flavor!
- Sugar
- Lemon juice – normally i’m all about fresh but for this – bottled is fine
- Kosher salt
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Italian seasoning
- Southwestern Ranch Dressing – I just added some goodies to my homemade ranch but you could use a store-bought southwestern ranch too!
- Ranch dressing – I make my own with ranch seasoning, buttermilk & mayo
- Chipotle pepper seasoning – you can also use chipotle hot sauce if you have some or even chipotle in adobo – i keep the seasoning on hand because it’s easy to use! You could also use chili powder instead.
- Garlic salt
- Finely diced cilantro
- Pico de Gallo – BW3s uses a house-made pico de gallo but I used a store bought. You could also dice up tomato instead.
- Tortillas – I love La Banderita Carb Counter flour tortillas – they’re so soft and delicious! The street taco size are only 60 calories for 2!

This recipe was made using the Paula Deen Air Fryer.

Recipe Variations
These Buffalo Wild Wings Street Tacos are tasty and you could easily add a few things to make them even better!
- Swap Meat – you could toss plain pulled pork, slices of tenderloin or sliced steak in the garlic parm sauce and it would be just as delicious! Or cheat a little and use breaded fried chicken bites!
- More Toppings – I kept these simple to the BW3s menu but wanted to add lettuce, avocado and sour cream!
- Cheese – other than the Parmesan cheese – there’s no cheese in these! You could add a drizzle of queso or some crumbled queso fresco
- Burritos – add some rice into a bigger tortilla and make some delicious burritos!
- Sauce – you could also swap out the Garlic Parmesan sauce for a Buffalo sauce!

How to make Buffalo Wild Wings Street Tacos
This easy recipe for street tacos focuses on the chicken! I made the chicken in the air fryer – but you could pan fry, grill or bake if you like. But if you have an air fryer – it’s truly the BEST!!!!
- Parmesan Garlic Sauce: In a medium bowl, mash roasted garlic with a fork. Add in mayo, Parmesan, apple cider vinegar, minced onion, sugar, lemon juice, salt, red pepper flakes & Italian seasoning. Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. You can make this the day before if you like.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and olive oil. Air fry chicken for 8-10 min until 155º and let rest for 5-10 minutes. I used fairly small 5-6 oz chicken breasts for this recipe. If you have larger chicken breasts – I recommend cutting them in half so they cook more quickly and don’t dry out.
- Remove chicken from air fryer and place in a large bowl and shred chicken with two forks.
- Pour garlic parmesan mixture onto chicken and toss until coated.
- Southwestern Ranch: In a small bowl, combine ranch, chipotle, garlic salt & cilantro. Whisk until smooth.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds on each side
- Spoon coated chicken into tortillas and drizzle with ranch dressing. Top with fresh pico de Gallo and a sprinkle of cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips and more salsa!

Tips, Tricks & FAQs
Store leftovers in an airtight container (I like these glass ones) in the refrigerator for up to a week. I reheated made up tacos in the air fryer at 300º for 4 minutes. You can also reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds – 1 minute.
You could use minced garlic but the roasted has a much deeper garlic flavor. If you’re using fresh garlic – just use 1-2 cloves vs 3-4.
