What You Will ❤️ About Spinach & Feta Pizza

  • Quick & Easy! It’s easy to order Domino’s Pizza online – but trust me – this pizza is super easy to make at home!
  • Homemade Alfredo – take the extra five minutes to make your own Alfredo sauce – you’ll be glad you did!
  • Cheesy!!! This has 3 kinds of cheese – Parmesan, Provolone & Feta – so much cheese!

Ingredients for Spinach & Feta Pizza

Domino’s Pizza Spinach & Feta is one of their most popular specialty flavors and the ingredients are super simple! Here’s what you need:

  • Pizza Crust – this is served on a thin crust at Dominos. I used 2 individual crusts for this but you could also use 1 large crust.
  • Alfredo sauce – I’ve got a homemade Alfredo sauce recipe here – but you can also use a jarred sauce. Here’s what you’ll need if you want to make Alfredo on your own (it’s so much better and takes less than 5 minutes!)
    • Butter
    • Minced Garlic
    • Flour
    • Half & Half – you can use a combo of cream & milk if that’s what you have
    • Parmesan Cheese – freshly grated
  • Shredded provolone cheese – Here’s the rub on this – you can’t usually buy provolone in anything but slices so what I do is get it from the deli counter and ask them to not slice it and just give me a chunk. You can also use mozzarella cheese.
  • Diced Onions – they use yellow onions but you could also use red onion
  • Spinach leaves, torn into small pieces – fresh spinach here! They use fresh baby spinach but I just had regular spinach and it was fine.
  • Feta cheese – I bought it in a chunk but crumbled is fine as well

Recipe Variations

This vegetarian pizza is great as-is but you can easily add some ingredients to make it. your own! Here are a few ideas:

  • Meat – add protein to the pizza like grilled chicken, Italian sausage, diced ham, pepperoni or cooked bacon
  • More Vegetables – this would be delicious with red peppers, black olives, diced tomatoes & fresh mushrooms! I would saute the mushrooms for a few minutes before adding them.
  • Jarred Sauce – feel free to use jarred Alfredo if you’re in a pinch
  • Crust – I used thin crust for this but you could also use traditional pizza crust

How to make Domino’s Spinach & Feta Pizza

If you’re using a jarred sauce – skip to step 2! If not – this will take all of 10 minutes at most to put together. So easy! Love it!

  1. Instructions to make Alfredo Sauce
    • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat
    • Add garlic and stir – turn heat to low
    • Add flour and whisk
    • Add half and half and Parmesan cheese and simmer – whisking constantly
    • Alfredo is “done” when it’s creamy – it will quickly thicken!! If it’s a little too thick, add a little more half and half (1/4 cup)
  2. Preheat oven to 375º
  3. Coat pizza crust with alfredo sauce and sprinkle of coarse sea salt
    • You will likely have a little Alfredo leftover. Put in the fridge and serve over noodles! Loosen with milk after refrigeration.
  4. Top Alfredo with provolone, torn spinach leaves, crumbled feta and diced onions. I actually do two layers so I get all the toppings throughout the whole pizza in a thick layer!
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese melts
  6. Turn oven to Low Broil and broil for 3 min until crust and cheese turn golden brown.
