PARTY TIME HOT HAM AND CHEESE SLIDERS
These sliders are perfect for any gathering – served hot or cold – you’ll love them!
prep time: 15 minscook time: total time: 15 mins
ingredients:
ü 1 package fluffy dinner rolls or Hawaiian style rolls, about 6 to 12 rolls depending on size
ü 12 slices Prime Fresh Honey Ham or Oven Roasted Turkey
ü Dill pickles
ü Fresh herbs (chives preferred)
ü Tomato slices
ü 2 TBSP Mayo
ü Sliced Cheese (cheddar or Havarti)
ü Sliced red onion
ü Green leaf lettuce
instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Slice the rolls in half and place the bottom onto a baking dish.
Mix the mustard, mayo and black pepper together in a small bowl and spread evenly over the rolls.
Arrange the ham, folding the slices for volume over the rolls.
Next, add the slices of cheese evenly over the ham.
Place the roll tops back on to the sandwich and brush the melted butter atop. Crack freshly grated black pepper over the drizzled butter.
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until sandwiches are heated through and cheese is melted.

Chef’s Note: Elevate your favors by mixing in a variety of good cheeses. Havarti, Gouda, and Horseradish Cheddar are personal favorites!
