Peach cobbler is one of my favorite desserts – it’s so easy to make and it’s delicious! Now, I’m making this dessert favorite in the air fryer! These little mini-peach cobblers are perfect as a dessert for two.
Why You’ll Love This Recipe
My mom used to make peach cobbler for me with this cake topping and a sugar crust that is the absolute best! It’s so simple and you can make it with any kind of peaches – fresh, frozen or canned.
The sweet peach filling is truly the star of this dish – it’s not loaded with sugar and let’s the natural sweet taste of the peach shine through. The cake-like topping is light and fluffy. Everybody will love these little mini cobblers!
Air Fryer Peach Cobbler Ingredients
Peach Cobbler is a dessert I’ve made many times – and it’s pretty much all right out of your pantry. I love the flexibility too – you can use pretty much any fruit you like!
Here’s what you’ll need to make peach cobbler for two:
- 1 cups sliced peaches – You can use frozen, fresh or canned peaches. I recommend frozen or fresh. If using canned, be sure to drain them thoroughly. If using fresh peaches, be sure to peel them.
- I wouldn’t recommend peach pie filling – that extra “goo” isn’t necessary. The peaches make their own yum under the cake topping.
- 3 tbsp sugar – you can use granulated or brown sugar
- 2 tbsp softened butter – salted or unsalted – either works
- Don’t use melted butter, it won’t mix with the sugar correctly.
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sugar – again, either granulated sugar or brown sugar works
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- pinch salt
- 1/8 cup boiling water
How to make Peach Cobbler in the Air Fryer
As noted above, the recipe makes two mini-cobblers. Feel free to double and make four – the prep and cook time won’t change. Let’s get started!
- Spray ramekins with nonstick cooking spray
- Arrange sliced peaches in bottom of ramekins
- In a medium bowl, cream 3 tbsp sugar, butter and vanilla using a hand mixer – sugar will be fully incorporated into butter and it will be creamy like softened butter
- Add dry ingredients (salt, flour, baking powder) and milk to make a batter and mix. If your batter isn’t spreadable – add a little more milk
- Spread the batter over fruit
- In a separate bowl, stir 2 tbsp sugar, cornstarch and a pinch of salt
- Feel free to add a teaspoon of ground cinnamon here if you like!
- Sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over batter
- Microwave 1/8 cup water for 1 minute so it’s boiling
- Pour boiling water over ALL of sugar – this is where the MAGIC happens!Be sure to drizzle the water over all of the sugar so every grain is covered with water!
- Cover ramekin with foil and place in air fryer basket. Air fry at 375 for 10 min. Remove foil and air fry 5 min more.
- After testing, the cobbler browned too quickly without the foil. So be sure to secure the foil underneath the ramekin so it doesn’t blow off.
- Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and serve!
Tips, Tricks & FAQs

These mini-peach cobblers took 15 minutes at 375º.
You can use a cake tester and be sure it comes out clean to make sure the cake is done. I also recommend leaving the dishes in the air fryer for a couple of minutes after cooking time is done.
Yes – you can reheat in either the microwave (30 seconds) or the air fryer (3-4 min). I would cover with foil if reheating in the air fryer to prevent further browning.
