Making air fryer chicken breasts are definitely one of my go-to dishes – I’ve never had a juicier piece of chicken in my life! I have two ways that I make my chicken and I’m sharing BOTH with you today. Breaded and plain marinated – both ways are delicious!

I’m also on Weight Watchers and it’s great because the points are pretty low (5 for the breaded and 2 for the marinated on Green). I always have chicken in the fridge so that whether I want it for a quick salad or to go with veggies – it’s always right there and only takes 12-14 minutes to cook!

How long to cook chicken breast in air fryer?
Chicken breast in the air fryer is so easy! Depending on the size of your chicken breast – it can take between 12-15 minutes. Some of those chicken breasts you buy are like the size of a car!! I do recommend taking the chicken out a little under temp because it will come up to temp as it rests and you plate the rest of dinner. And if you don’t have a meat thermometer – you should pick one up – an instant read is less than $15!

Kroger has these marinated chicken breast in a 2 for $5 pack – I buy them all the time! Pop these in the air fryer for 12 minutes at 350 and you’re ready to go! Look at how juicy this guy is! And very Weight Watchers friendly at 2 points for green and 0 on blue and purple! (If you’re a member let me know in the comments – or if you have questions – let me know that too!)

– Breaded
Breading and “fried” chicken can be especially difficult on WW – but I found a way around it! First – brush your chicken with either plain fat free Greek yogurt or fat free sour cream. Second – dab it in 1/4 cup of panko. You don’t need much panko and it really gives the chicken a great crunch!
